We are delighted to announce that the hugely innovative construction, intelligence and energy specialists Project Etopia specified IOBAC technology for the entire ground floor of their demonstration project at the Building Research Establishment (BRE), including heated flooring in the cloakroom.
The landmark demonstration home located on the BRE Watford Innovation Park is planned to be the first to meet a new UK offsite construction standard and to be the highest energy performing building ever built.
Once the downstairs subfloor had been prepared, this stunning installation by MDA Contracts was completed in just an afternoon.
The Ezy-Install Underlay took just 45 mins to lay over the 55m2 area, followed by installation of magnetic Karndean LVT in a herringbone pattern.
