IOBAC Adhesive-free Flooring Installation Tabs (MagTabs and Tab-It) were double award winners at the 2004 Finishes and Interiors Sector (FIS) Innovation Awards recently, scooping both the Sustainable Innovation and overall Innovation of the Year award.
The awards celebrate the best of innovation in the industry, showcasing companies that are paving the way for greater efficiency and collaboration across 4 categories:
- Product Innovation – Fit-Out
- Product Innovation – FF&E
- Digital innovation
- Sustainable innovation
All entries were independently assessed by a panel of expert judges, with winners announced in front of a live audience at the FIS Annual Conference at the end of February, which ran alongside the Workspace Design Show .
We were delighted to first be announced as winners of the Sustainable Innovation Award, and were then invited to deliver a short “Dragons Den” style pitch alongside the other category winners.
The audience then voted for their overall 2024 Innovation of the Year winner, and with nearly half of all votes, IOBAC was crowned overall winner.
