Paul Woolvine I CEO
Paul Woolvine has been CEO of IOBAC since 2017, responsible for driving the adoption and use of IOBAC’s patented flooring installation and heating technologies worldwide.
He holds an Honours degree in Business Administration and worked for global science-based technology company 3M for nearly 20 years, running several diverse businesses across Europe.
Passionate about customer-inspired innovation and open collaboration, Paul shares how IOBAC is educating industries to re-think traditional techniques for the better:

With over 25 years in the flooring industry, Ian Spreadborough has held many roles from estimator to Sales Director, gaining extensive technical experience and industry insight.
Now Co-founder and Director of IOBAC, Ian is named inventor on several of IOBAC’s patents and has been instrumental in establishing an industry movement towards modern methods of installation.
He’s keen on encouraging collaboration within the built environment to consider systems and solutions, rather than individual products, in order to prioritise material circularity.

Pronounced as “I-Owe-Back” to the environment, our company was founded on the belief that there had to be a better way to manage flooring throughout its life-cycle.
We set out to develop technologies that facilitate flooring reuse, eliminate flooring landfill waste and protect valuable building assets.
